ORLANDO, FLORIDA — Kaufman & Company, the private investment and holding firm led by founder and CEO Daniel Kaufman, today announced the launch of Bridgestar.ai, a new client and borrower portal built to give partners a direct, secure window into their deals with the firm.
Bridgestar.ai allows clients and borrowers to view real-time loan and deal status, access and upload documents, track progress through each stage of a transaction, and communicate directly with the Kaufman & Company team, all from a single login. The portal is accessible through a Client Portal button on thekaufmanco.com, and marks the firm’s move toward a more transparent, self-service relationship with the borrowers and partners it works with across real estate development, private credit, and infrastructure.
