ANKENY, IA – June 2026 – The De Jong Self Storage Team at Colliers has represented the buyer, Lekaks Texas, LLC, on the acquisition of SafeKeep Self Storage, a 291-unit, 54,775 rentable square foot self-storage facility located at 1792 NW Polk City Drive in Ankeny, Iowa. The transaction closed on May 11, 2026.
